I don’t know if my readers know this, but I’m nearing the end of my savings, so my wild, almost two year run of doing awesome stuff with no intention of profit is drawing to a close. I now must turn my attention on doing awesome stuff and making money doing it.
I am going to be spending the rest of June developing a restaurant consulting platform on this website. I’m also working with the NYC Food Guy on developing a miniseries and, in the future, a pilot. A two-pronged approach to kicking ass in the food entertainment industry and honing my skills as a restaurant marketing expert.
I have a few guest posts coming up on some popular social media websites that you’ll be able to read to see what I’m up to and I’ll keep you posted on all new strategies. I’ll continue to live-blog The Next Food Network Star. Would you pray that I become funnier? I need some strategies on live blogging because I feel like I’m failing horribly, so if you have any suggestions there, I’m open
Of course, if you know any restaurant owners that have no clue about internet marketing but want to throw their hat in the ring and would like to be guinea pigs for my new project, please let them know I’m not charging anything. Think of it as a hobby that I’d eventually like to make money on. They’ll have my full attention and passion for eating, keen eye for service excellence, and voracious appetite for all things internet.
Kind of pissed. I just got into your blog, like, two weeks ago. Whatever, good luck Hagan.
Only 12 more days – I’ll be back soon
oh no!!!! :(
I will miss reading your hysterical posts.
so sorry to see you go.
Not going anywhere! Just a posting hiatus.
Sorry to hear you are leaving the internet man… Good luck with whatever endeavor you choose next
