I think you might need to reevaluate the order you're going in. And figure out transport. Some of the stuff in VA will take quite a bit of effort to get to. It would take half an hour to get to and from some of the places the way you're set up. Let me know if you want some help, suggestions.

Second the first comment. It is going to be a HAUL to get from Etete to Ray's to Fojol (wherever they are that day – are they open saturdays?) in two hours, particularly if Ray's is busy (it will be).

Also, Brickskeller is terrible. I'd lose that and go to the Russia House for some dumplings and a Kalashnikov Martini. Just up the street and way better everything.

Citronelle to Cap Lounge is a nice mix but will also be a haul. Are you driving/biking/metro? With that in mind, may I recommend substituting Citronelle with Vegetate? Vegetate is much closer to the lounge, and is way more of a local spot. Excellent vegetarian digs, but some dc people hate it. Alternatively, you could do Vegetate and then Domku (Scandinavian food/infused liquor), which is about a 20 block trip north. Logistically, way easier to manage your 7 PM – 10 PM, as these places are all more accessible. Good Luck!

oooh, if you have time, you could also squeeze in Pho75 (a couple doors down from Ray's Hell Burger in the same strip mall) too. One of the best of the Pho places that are all over Northern VA, but not really in DC yet.

I learned of your 24 in 24 from an article in the DCist, and I must say I love the idea!

Btw, I see that you have not yet confirmed Tangier as one of your spots. Stop by (or call) and ask for Abdou- he's super sweet and he'll be willing to help you out in any way possible. My friends and I frequent Tangier on the weekends and we're always there at the late night hour. It has a great atmosphere and you always meet fun and interesting people-hope to see you there!

Great line up, but a shame you only have one hour at Citronelle. That'll cost you about $5 per minute. You should try to squeeze in a toasted marshmallow shake from Good Stuff Eatery.
